- Does it work on my phone?
- It is built for the phone first. Add it to your home screen and it opens like an app. A laptop works too, but you never need one.
- What about my crew?
- Invite them by email. They see only the jobs assigned to them, never your prices, costs or totals. Admins see everything.
- Taxes?
- Set GST, HST or your sales tax once. Every estimate and invoice applies it to the taxable lines and rounds the way your accountant expects.
- How do clients pay?
- From the invoice link, by card, through Stripe. The money goes straight to your own Stripe account and bank. E-transfer, cash and cheque get recorded in two taps.
- Is my data mine?
- Yes. Export everything as a zip any time, and delete the business yourself if you leave. Nobody else's business can ever see yours.
- What if I cancel?
- Cancel from inside the app. Your data stays readable for 30 days, then it is gone.
